Delivery

Furnishing Homes offers a 1 Man Delivery Service as standard for all items that are not suitable to be sent by Courier.

Delivery times for Parcel Carrier Deliveries are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm. Both Carrier and Courier delivery times exclude Public Holidays. Deliveries at other times are possible by prior arrangement but may incur a surcharge.
Delivery of the products shall be made by the seller or his agent to the Delivery Address specified on the Buyers order.

The Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused.
Where your order contains items from different ranges, the longest lead time will apply. Furnishing Homes can offer a part delivery option in certain circumstances, but an additional delivery charge will apply.

Where a delivery date has been agreed with our carrier but the Buyer is not present to receive the delivery, we reserve the right to charge the customer the delivery charge to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery.
Upon delivery an adult must be available at the address to check and acknowledge receipt in a safe and satisfactory condition.
Any damages, shortages or discrepancies must be notified in writing to our customer services department within 7 days of receipt.


Delivery Times:
England and Wales - approx 6 to 28 working days, if in stock
Mainland Scotland - approx 10 to 28 working days, if in stock
Ireland - approx 14 to 28 days, if in stock
Europe - approx 20 to 56 days, if in stock
If items are not in stock a more accurate date will be given when order is acknowledged
For "made and finished to order" items an approximate delivery timescale will be given when order is acknowledged - this depends on manufacturer and it varies from range to range.

England, Wales and Mainland Scotland - £29
Ireland - TBC with customer once an order is received
Europe - TBC with customer once an order is received

Delivery Info:
Courier will contact customer to arrange delivery date - please allow a number of working days for courier to make contact
One or Two Man Delivery service or a Parcel Courier is used for Small or Light Items
Some items may require simple home assembly; full instructions provided
