Returns & Refunds
We give you a seven-day period in which you can return your items. *
Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt of returned goods. *
Please be sure you keep the “original packing” until you are certain that you will keep your items.
Delivery
1 Man Delivery Service:
We offer a Standard 1 Man Delivery Service for all orders. Please note that the drivers are happy to carry items into your property if is safe to do so; they may require assistance if items are too heavy for carry on their own.
2 Man Delivery Service:
We also offer a Two-Man, White Glove delivery service to the room of your choice – this service will cost an extra £25; this service can be selected at checkout.
The couriers will always call you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date and timeslot.
Parcel Courier Deliveries:
We have a number of Fast Track ranges that can be delivered within 7 days from date of order, provided items are in stock. We use class Parcel Carriers such a DHL, DPD, UPS. All Fast Track items can be delivered on a day of choice (Saturdays may also be possible for an extra charge), however, not all parcel carries call to advise of delivery time. Most deliveries take place before 12-1pm. We can provide with tracking number for all these orders.
Free Delivery
All orders over £325 are delivered free of charge to addresses within mainland Great Britain with the exception of postcodes beginning with AB, IV, PA, PH, FK, HS, KW, KY DD, TR, LD and SA30+ where an additional charge will apply. *

For delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands, we will deliver free to a nominated mainland GB address (e.g. a port) for your onward forwarding. If you want us to arrange delivery direct to your home please email us with your address.
For multiple purchases, all items will generally be delivered together once all the products become available. Should an item from an order not be in stock; we may agree to split delivery (should you require) at an extra cost.
